In 2012, Walton Signage completed a project for IHOP.
The site was previously home to another restaurant. The franchisee’s vision for transforming the site included removing a 38’ tall pylon and replacing it with a 100’ pylon to make a mark at the location.
To maximize the pylon’s visibility, Walton conducted flag tests. The process also included engineering, securing city variances and finally permitting before production could begin.
In addition to the pylon signage, Walton provided illuminated channel letters for the building. In the end, the project delivered on the franchisee’s vision!
