SITE DUE DILIGENCE

The first phase of our process focuses on your site. This is the time during which our team will prepare the site for successful program implementation.

Often a critical step in acquisitions and large scale roll-outs, site due diligence allows for documentation and requirements gathering.

CONTINGENCY PLANS

Most programs get hung up due to the unexpected and a lack of preparation. Working with Walton doesn’t mean things won’t happen. It just means that when they do, your Walton team will be ready to handle it.

Maybe you’re running a busy healthcare facility and need all of our team members immunized. Perhaps you oversee a government agency or military base and can’t sign a proposal until we’ve all submitted to background checks.

SITE DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

Phase two of the Walton branding process revolves around your brand. With all your requirements and site needs in-hand, we’ll get to work designing your brand elements. Using advanced technology, we’ll help you visualize your new brand elements using 3D models and superimposed images.

We’ll also work directly with your landlord to handle all the details so that you don’t have to.

FABRICATION & INSTALLATION

The final phase is where your brand comes to life through physical installation. Once you’ve approved your package and confirmed your signs and brand elements, we’ll get to work implementing your brand.

From managing all site and signage permits, providing detailed reports including budget and timeline, to final site review and walk-through with your team before sign-off, Walton’s proven process ensures that your design process delivers results.
