Raphael Sonsino

Raphael “Raphi” Sonsino is the Chief Legal Officer at Walton, with over 43 years of practicing business, corporate, and transactional law in the state of Texas, representing clients in multiple industries, including manufacturing, marketing, healthcare, telecommunications, utilities and international distribution companies, as well as nonprofit and charitable organizations and homeowner associations.   Raphi graduated from the University of Texas in Austin, with both a BA in Government and a law degree, and is a member of the State Bar of Texas and San Antonio Bar Association.    He has represented Walton Signage for over 37 years as outside counsel, and he now looks forward to working for the organization from the inside.   He lives in San Antonio, Texas, and is married with three adult children.
