Scott Morin

Scott Morin is the Vice President of Human Resources at Walton, starting with the company in 2014.  Scott brings over 17 years of Human Resources experience to Walton.  He is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of human resources which includes managing talent acquisition, payroll, compensation administration, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, training and the overall HR strategy—working closely with senior leadership to attract, develop, and retain top talent.  Scott has an MA in English Literature from Texas State University and a BA in Political Science and English from St. Mary’s University and enjoys fiction writing in his spare time.
