Michael Rissi
Michael Rissi is a strategic technology executive and digital transformation leader with over two decades of experience driving operational excellence through enterprise systems, advanced analytics, and leveraging process, people and technology. As Vice President of Information Technology at Walton, he applies deep expertise in ERP, CRM, and digital strategy to help organizations scale with precision and agility. Prior to joining Walton, Michael founded and led SRU, LLC, a business solutions and NetSuite consulting firm serving a wide range of industries, including healthcare, digital signage, nonprofit, private equity, Fintech, manufacturing, food service, commodities trading, and agriculture.
Michael previously served as Vice President of Global SaaS, Operations & Technology at Scala, Inc., where he helped shape global SaaS strategy, enterprise architecture, and operational transformation across IT, HR, BI, Finance, and support functions. He was instrumental in designing and implementing the Scala Customer Experience Center.
Earlier, as Director of IT at Neoware Systems, he led global ERP and CRM rollouts and built scalable internal and external systems. He was also the co-founder of Pint@Home, LLC, an internationally patented home fermentation company, which he successfully exited in 2022. Michael holds degrees in Organizational Management and Design from Jefferson University (formerly Philadelphia University) and in Accounting from Delaware Valley University. He is currently attending The Wharton School, studying Generative AI, Analytics, and Business Transformation to further elevate his impact in enterprise innovation.
He lives in Downingtown, Pennsylvania, where he remains active in charitable and volunteer efforts. He is an avid Scuba Diver and has a passion for Gastronomy and Music. He has been married for 25 years and has two older children.
