NRF’s conference at the Los Angeles Convention Center came to a conclusion Wednesday after more than 3,500 attendees enjoyed keynotes, breakout sessions, a busy exhibit hall and networking and learning opportunities where the theme was retail’s digital reinvention.

Here are some highlights from NRF’s annual ecommerce conference.


After two full days of content, attendees had some overarching lessons. Women’s Wear Daily came away with the importance of brands, while the big technologies were artifical intelligence, augmented reality, virtual reality and machine learning.
