Jay Lawrence is the Director of Service for Walton Signage and has worked in the sign industry for the past decade. In his current role, he has responsibility for building and benchmarking superior service performance, as well as growing the Service segment for the company. Prior to his work in the sign industry, Jay worked in the Telecommunications business where he had leadership responsibility for building Sales Channel Operations, Service Escalation teams and Network Operations Centers. He has more than 30 years of enriching the customers’ experience through thoughtful leadership, managing to exceed customer expectations and now delivering to Walton’s commitment to providing exceptional service. Jay holds a B.A. in Communications from Kent State University, is married with four grown children and currently resides in Parrish, Florida.
